We help the world bring out its best

SAP’s CX Core Content Development team is looking for a senior marketing copywriter to help shape how we communicate across the business. You’ll write crisp, compelling digital copy with a clear sense of audience, brand personality, and business purpose—bringing consistency and creativity to every touchpoint.

You’ve done it all: the high-volume marketing assets that keep the engine running, and the high-concept creative that makes people sit up and pay attention. You know how to write for the situation at hand, and you have the portfolio to prove it. This is a high-output writing role for someone with deep digital experience, strong instincts for what makes content work, and the ability to write at speed without sacrificing clarity or accuracy.

Responsibilities include

Write clear, concise, production-ready copy for SEO-focused web pages, landing pages, e-mail campaigns, e-books, and other digital formats. Maintain and apply SAP’s brand personality across a wide range of topics and touchpoints. Translate business inputs, briefs, and stakeholder feedback into effective, customer-facing messaging. Collaborate closely with editors, designers, content strategists, and project managers to deliver cohesive digital experiences. Contribute to shared documentation and editorial standards that support quality and consistency across the writing team. Support onboarding and mentoring of junior writers, and review writing from external vendors to ensure brand consistency. Meet a service-level objective of 5–7 business days from initial briefing to first draft.

Basic qualifications

5+ years of professional writing experience, including digital marketing and web content for B2B audiences. A portfolio that shows range, polish, and impact across digital formats—particularly web, long-form articles, e-books, and e-mail. Familiarity with writing for enterprise software or other complex technology topics. Working knowledge of SEO principles and how they shape digital copy. Exceptional attention to detail, from grammar and structure to brand alignment and technical accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while producing high-quality work with minimal editorial intervention

Location Preference: We will consider SAP employees in other countries, within commutable distance to an SAP office location.
