Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry is seeking a CWR – Specialist Logistics to join their team. As a Specialist Logistics, you will be part of the Logistics Support Department supporting dispatch and freight operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR – Specialist Logistics

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Weekdays, 8 AM – 5 PM

What's the Job?

Maintain customer profiles and enter loads into logistics systems Coordinate and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, verifying loads arrive on time and in good condition Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete necessary documentation Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, providing detailed routing instructions

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of logistics or dispatch experience Strong proficiency in Excel and routing systems Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City
