Our client, a leader in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team.
As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the billing department supporting freight billing and audit operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Billing Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $18.50/hour

What’s the Job?

Review and analyze carrier freight bills to identify and resolve errors or duplicate charges.

Communicate with internal departments and external partners to address billing issues promptly.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality and service levels.

Utilize internal technologies to support daily billing functions.

Partner with transportation providers to obtain required documentation for timely customer invoicing.

What’s Needed?

1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to organize and present data clearly to diverse audiences.
