Responsibilities for a _Customer Service Representative_ include but are not limited to: · Driver Communication § Maintain constant phone contact with driver teams. § Help troubleshoot field issues, monitor schedules, and escalate to contractors when necessary. § Ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups on delays or exceptions. · Customer Support § Serve as backup when drivers cannot effectively explain issues to customers. § De-escalate frustrations, often requiring bilingual communication (Spanish/English). § Act as the “bridge” between customers and drivers, ensuring professionalism and clarity. · End-of-Day Oversight (Second Shift Focus) § Guide drivers upon return to the warehouse. § Ensure correct disposal of trash and haul-aways. § Confirm drivers check in with Costco staff before leaving. · Team Support § Work with the Lead CSR to cover phones and track updates. § Document issues and communicate delays to leadership.
