Customer Service Representative
Location: San Antonio, TX 78154
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Saturday with a scheduled day off
Shift Times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Position Summary
Seeking a reliable and service-focused Customer Service Representative to support our operations by delivering outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers. In this role, you will be essential in helping us meet our service commitments and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve service-related issues
Monitor delivery route progress and provide updates as needed
Scan haul-away pods and verify proper documentation
Process delivery order changes, updates, or cancellations
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach
