Wood is currently recruiting for an Senior Wells Engineer to support our Consulting business in Houston, TX.  This is a contract position, on call as needed with an expected duration of 12 months.  Due to the nature of the position, we will consider qualified local candidates only at this time.

The Senior Wells Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the objectives of the Subsurface Group and its Customers are performed to a satisfactory high standard and that specific work tasks are performed safely, effectively and in compliance with the specified objectives.  As such, he/she shall be viewed as a technical expert and a focal point for the Customer, Contractor(s), Suppliers/Vendors and other internal department(s).
