If you're ready to make an impact, join us at Stryker! **What you will do:** As a Production Associate I, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. + Maintain clean room standards per standard operating procedure. + Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics. + Record information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. + Understand 6S principles for assigned areas. + Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices. + Sets up and operates manufacturing equipment. + Execute validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision. + Support continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects. **What you need:** + High School or GED Preferred + Prior cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience Preferred + Ability to conduct basic arithmetic calculations: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
