**What you will do-**
+ Receive finished product from packaging
+ Maintain inventory for ProCare
+ Pick and dock out finished products for allocated orders
+ Incorporate lean 6S principles in team’s daily work
+ On time SLMS completion to sustain trainings and credentials
+ Works with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
+ Works in accordance with quality system procedures
+ Reports all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which would affect product quality, cost, and employee safety
+ Maintains accurate records/documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, labor (e.g. timecards)
+ Analyzing, prepping, and repairing product
+ Functional knowledge of computer skills: Using an ERP system to move product systematically
+ Meeting daily with supervisor and team lead to prioritize daily business
+ Collaborating and problem solving with peers and leadership
+ Adhering to FDA and OSHA regulations
+ Following Quality procedures
**What you need-**
+ High school diploma/GRE - required
+ May involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking
+ Be able to bend, pick up and lift up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or a minimal amount of force constantly to move objects
+ Requires use of safety ESD equipment in designated areas
+ Closed-toe/closed-heel shoes must be worn on the production floor; safety shoes are recommended
+ Coordination of eye, hand, and/or foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention ability
$27.80 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
