CWC: Machine Operator I - 3rd Shift - $21.45/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

**Essential Duties:**
+ Attend and participate in team MDI meetings.
+ Accurately account for labor using time clocks, Apriso system, and the specific codes for the department and job.
+ Stock work area with needed materials.
+ Work in a team to run machines or production lines.
+ Perform minor process adjustments to machines e.g. clear jams from packing machines or bagger machines.
+ Coordinate and communicate when a technician is needed for problems with production equipment.
+ Follow all safety rules and keep area in a clean and orderly condition.
+ Maintain GMP, GDP and quality standards.
+ Complete all required training in a timely manner.
+ Maintain compliance with company policies and mission statement.
+ Perform or assist with in-process quality checks where applicable.
+ Effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and incoming/outgoing shifts when applicable.
**Qualifications:**
Required:
+ Must work well in teams and with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to correctly read, write, speak, comprehend, and complete documentation in English as it pertains to work related issues.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
+ Manufacturing experience in cGMP environment.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Job is performed by standing or walking for the 8-hour shift.
+ Must be capable of maneuvering and lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently with or without mechanical assistance.
+ Maneuver material handling devices such as pallet jacks and roll handling equipment.
