Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Performs various diagnostic cardiology or peripheral vascular exams.
High quality diagnostic cardiac and/or vascular imaging procedures. Maintains accurate
documentation of results and reports to physicians as directed.
Job Requirements
Education:
Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiology Technology program or graduate of post secondary allied health profession programLicenses & Certifications:
BLS required upon hire. Please refer to policy “Licensed, Certified, and Registered Employees” for acceptable Life Support cardsARDMS Board Certification ARDMS Board Certified in ABD and OB within six months of hireARDMS Board Certified as RVT within one year of hireKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Understands methods and is capable of performing venipuncture’s as required for position Demonstrated ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashionMust be self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects/assignmentsMust be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skillsInterpersonal skills in dealing with guests and team membersWhere You'll WorkAt CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs, patients are at the heart of our care.
