**Job Title: Cutting Machine Operator** **Job Description**
As a Cutting Machine Operator, you will operate cutting machinery including Iberica, and other machines in the 142/145/102 series. You will be responsible for performing make-readies, press maintenance, and lubrication, as well as completing a daily quality checklist. You will also record time and materials in SAP and PEAK systems, disassemble machines for minor repairs, and assist temporary staff. Additionally, you will enforce SQF standards and company values, maintain cleanliness, adhere to the painting schedule, and assist in SQF audits.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate cutting machinery (Iberica, 142/145/102 series).
+ Perform make-readies, press maintenance, and lubrication.
+ Complete daily quality checklist.
+ Record time and materials in SAP and PEAK.
+ Disassemble machines for minor repairs.
+ Assist temporary workers and reinforce SQF standards.
+ Maintain cleanliness and painting schedule.
+ Assist in SQF audits.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing experience.
+ Excellent attendance and independence.
+ Ability to read and write safety rules, manuals, and reports.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
+ Proficient in math: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, computing ratios and percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
+ Strong reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Frequent standing and walking (34–66% of the time).
+ Comfortable with repetitive movements.
+ Ability to bend, squat, climb, reach, twist, carry up to 28 lbs., and push/pull 50 lbs. for 200 feet.
+ Able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 20 lbs. continuously.
+ Independent decision-making and color discernment.
+ Capable of working in fluctuating temperatures and loud noise.
+ Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required: safety gloves, hair net, and beard net.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate-controlled facility with approximately 170 employees and 30 temporary staff. The facility operates 24/7 with openings across both shifts: 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am, on a rotating schedule (3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off). Safety is a top priority, and steel toe boots are required. The company provides gloves, ear plugs, and safety glasses.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenixville, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
