This role includes welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating the flow of the dining room, and assisting with guest inquiries and seating in a professional and friendly manner. **Responsibilities** + Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming demeanor + Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant's seating system + Provide accurate wait times and maintain efficient table rotation + Escort guests to their tables and present menus + Answer phones, take messages, and assist with general guest inquiries + Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining room operations + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area + Follow Hyatt and local safety and sanitation standards **Qualifications:** + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. + Refined verbal communication skills.
