Assume overall responsibility for cutover management for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects

​Lead central function for cutover management globally for multiple SAP deployment projects

​Collaborate with the corporate IT team and hubs to ensure that the cutover plans are synchronized with parallel cutovers regarding timelines & conflict resolution​

Provide guidance on methodology for cutover management to project members in Hub IT cross streams and establish methodological guardrails​

Develop high-level cutover plan templates (incl. dry-runs, contingency planning, etc.) and manage/mitigate risks for multiple roll-ins

​Report on global cutover status to and resolve arising challenges in close collaboration with program steering functions​

Ensure documentation (incl. lessons learned) and guidance for subsequent cutovers​

Proven experience with cutover management in the context of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects​

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external vendors / partners​

Proven ability to lead technical resources regarding functional topics

Willingness to travel for business occasionally​

Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field

​Excellent organizational and communication skills​
