A Day in the LifeHealthCast™ remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights.

As a Custumer Success Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our customers' journey, guiding them from initial implementation through achieving their strategic objectives and maximizing the value of their HealthCast solutions. You will blend expert project management with a keen focus on customer success, ensuring seamless adoption, driving measurable outcomes, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will report to the HealthCast Western Europe Leader and will be responsible for the project's success from the customer's perspective. For this position you will be based in Spain and expected to travel across Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Manage relationships with assigned clients, driving product adoption, ensuring retention, and facilitating renewalsDevelop Customer Success Plans to help customers achieve their goalsWork with the Account team to define key success criteria and ensure customer satisfactionTrack customer progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and report internally and externallySchedule regular check-ins with clients to review program status and executive dashboardsEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving continued value our solutionsCollaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for product usageIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesAdvocate for customer needs and resolve concerns by coordinating with relevant teamsProvide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practicesLead training sessions or workshops to demonstrate product valueKeep customers informed about new product features and updatesAddress technical questions, issues, or escalations by working with support and product management teamsStay current on platform functionality and future product developmentsEngage with insurance companies to explore reimbursement opportunities for customers

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Nursing Degree or related Bachelor’s DegreeNursing or Respiratory Therapist (RT) experience preferred5+ years of customer-facing experience in post-sales or services roles, preferably in healthcareProven experience driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retentionExperience developing product, user cases and workflows with customersExperience conducting training sessions or workshops for customersFluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be a plus; Proficiency in MS OfficeStrong public speaking, presentation, and communication skillsFamiliarity with enterprise software and healthcare technologiesWillingness to travel up to 50% per month
