**Customs Declaration Specialist** **Your role:** + Preparing accurate import and export declarations in accordance with applicable customs regulations, including the correct goods classification and additional codes, within agreed timelines. + Providing guidance and support to the business to ensure correct and compliant export declarations. + Performing data entry for export declarations on behalf of organizations that do not have this capability in their internal systems. + Ensuring proper electronic archiving of all documentation related to customs declarations. **You are the right fit if you have:** + A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Export or Trade Compliance, Customs Operations, Customs Compliance, or a related field. + Previous professional experience in an international company. + Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong asset. + Working knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial. + Solid proficiency with MS Office applications. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders. **Our benefits:** + Annual bonus based on performance achieved  + Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members  + Benefit System cards  + Discount for Philips’ products  + Wide variety of trainings & learning opportunities + Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office + Employee Assistance Program **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
