Brook Street is proud to be partnering with a well-established logistics company in Mallusk, currently seeking a Customs Agent.

As part of the Imports & Customs team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of freight. Your responsibilities will include:

Submitting customs entries (CDS & TSS) accurately and on timeEnsuring customs processes meet regulatory standardsHandling client communications and maintaining excellent serviceManaging documentation, systems, and post-entry reviewsEscalating issues as needed to the Customs Supervisor

Criteria

6-12 months experience in customs, logistics, or a similar environmentStrong IT skills (Excel & Word)Good communication and organisational skillsEducation to A-Level preferred (minimum GCSE Maths & English)
