Riverland Community College welcomes applications for the intermittent, non-credit, part-time position of Customized Training Instructor - CDL from individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed.
**Job Description**
Under limited supervision, this position provides behind-the-wheel instruction and noncredit program oversight. No classroom instruction required.
**Salary Range:**
TBD based on experience
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must be at least 21 years old.
+ Have a valid driver's license for the class of motor vehicle for which the applicant will provide instruction.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proof of completion of an approved commercial driver training program.
**Preferred Qualification**
+ Experience providing instruction and guiding students with on-site and behind-the-wheel skills attainment.
+ Computer skills sufficient to conduct timesheet and basic student data entry.
+ Bilingual/multilingual fluent in Spanish, Karen, Karenni, Somali, Pohnpeian, French, Nuer, Anuak, or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities.
+ Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and underserved populations.
