Customer Transformation and Innovation Supervisor/Manager-Shanghai

TITLE: Customer Transformation & Innovation Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:

Support the planning and execution of China Oncology & Rare Disease BU customer innovation and transformation strategy, innovation and transformation platform operating, drive business through this new innovation and transformation platform by influencing internal and external customers and stakeholders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Align with company digital strategy to ensure Go-to-market transformation/ digitalization and implement within BU.Support on BU strategy to go-to market model transforming through digitalization with necessary materials and measurement.Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective digital programs cross functions in BU.Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective digital investment across TA. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies.Help to build up digital capability platform to enable F.F to increase effectiveness.Implement plans with cross functional team. Partner with functions within and outside of BU and leverage company resources to ensure that in-market digital services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with standards and compliance requirements.Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for assigned portfolio in Oncology BU Eco-SystemDevelop digital operation plan and key initiated projects to support brand digital strategy Digital database collection, analysis and managementDigital internal training and knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree requiredDiverse commercial experience preferred1 years+ Pharma or related. industry Marketing Management or Digital Marketing Management experience is preferredInternet business industry experience is preferred  Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languagesAbility to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask inStrong interpersonal, influence and communications skillsExperience working with agencies/vendorsA working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offeringsFacilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learningDemonstrates business acumen and entrepreneurial spiritActs decisively in complex and fast-moving environmentObjective-oriented and result-driven mindset
