Customer Technology Manager, to be based at Wuhan in taking charge of West Cluster customers technology and business development activities.
Role and responsibilities- Supports customers’ roadmap Enablement for future products
- Interaction with Business Lines in product development roadmap to meet customer's requirement
- Supports in demonstrating product performance or cost advantage in customer context
- Represent voice of customer towards Business Lines & Senior Management on customer requirement
- Ensures customer satisfaction on products performance & service provided
Education and experienceMaster degree in technical subject with substantial experience or equivalent working and thinking level. Optional Business Administration or commercial education. Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
SkillsSound business acumen, strategic mindset and planning with strong execution drive. Effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive qualitative result.
