The Customer Technical Support Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible coordinating the dispatching of service technicians, managing logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.

This position is part of the Customer Care Organisation located in Italy and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Customer Technical Support Organisation and report to the Italy Customer Support Manager responsible for managing all elements of the call centre and subsequent field resource activities to meet customers expectations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Prioritize and schedule/ dispatch field service resources based on availability, skill set, and geographic location.Coordinate the transportation and delivery of diagnostic equipment and parts to service locations in line with established processes ensuring that all necessary tools, parts, and documentation are available for service technicians before dispatch.Maintain clear and effective communication with managers, service technicians, customers, and internal departments.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, or customer service role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

It would be a plus if you:

Speak European languages, at least Italian and English plus another This role will be an onsite role
