Customer Support Specialist
Whilst reporting to reporting to Customer Service Location leader, the primary purpose of this role in alignment with Parker Values is to provide world class customer experience to a defined range of customers thus enabling Parker to grow our business. Receive, process and reply to ali types of customer requests and questions by phone, mail or similar tool, regarding parts and sevices sold by Parker Hannifin in Sales Company EAST.
Your responsibilities
+ Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash (order intake to invoicing/delivery)
+ Lead order management, fulfillment, and OTC KPIs (Strategy Deployment)
+ Partner closely with Divisions and Field Sales
+ Ensure data accuracy and process quality; drive data-based problem solving
+ Deliver self-service/digital training (EDI, MyParker) for customers and teams
+ Ensure export/import compliance
+ Drive Premier Customer Experience and customer intimacy through strong relationships
Who we are looking for
+ Associate degree or Bachelor's degree level Min. 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service organization strong cultural awareness
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Functional understanding of business processes
+ Ability to participate in cross functional projects across the EMEA organization
+ Fluent in English, both written & spoken Fluent in local language
+ Ability to build customer relationships
+ ERP, MS Office knowledge
