Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

This position is located onsite in an air-conditioned office in Stuart, FL, fostering a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, for three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on experience. The role offers a clear career path with potential to move to the first shift after full-time hire. The schedule consists of various shifts with specified days off, and the company promotes a positive work environment with strong leadership and support for career advancement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
