Kelly Services is hiring a **Customer Support Specialist** to deliver exceptional service to our employees across the AMER region. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, this is your chance to shine.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Provide first-level support for payroll, HR, compliance, and more
+ Respond to employee inquiries via phone and case system
+ Assist during emergency situations across the AMER region
+ Collaborate with interpreters when needed
+ Document all interactions in our case management tool
+ Meet performance goals like First Call Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
**Schedule & Availability:**
+ Shifts fall between **8am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday**
+ All candidates must work **two late shifts (11am–8pm ET)** weekly
+ Role offers **28–40 hours/week**
+ **Full-time availability is required**
