Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences? We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Specialist on a full-time contract basis to represent our organization in resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, helpful, and professional support.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department.
+ Provide product/service information and support customer onboarding where applicable.
+ Balance multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.
+ Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and address recurring issues.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (1+ years preferred).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
+ Technical troubleshooting capabilities are an advantage.
