Customer Support Specialist

Adecco Staffing is seeking an **experienced Customer Support Specialist** to join a growing team at a well-established manufacturing company in **Fresno, CA** . **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide superior support across the customer lifecycle including product inquiries, order entry, pricing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
+ Accurately handle high-volume order processing and act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
+ Partner with sales, marketing, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Utilize ERP/CRM systems to manage customer data, issue credits, track shipments, and resolve escalations.
+ Support distributor and manufacturing rep communications for high-value accounts.
+ Prepare and distribute regular reports related to inventory and production status.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or logistics-based role.
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Professional communication skills—both written and verbal—across phone, email, and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
+ Experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
+ Familiarity with freight/logistics processes, billing issues, and credit management is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
