Customer Support Representative
Job Title: Sales Support RepresentativeJob Description We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site support to customers, assisting them with their needs, and driving sales. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities + Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs. + Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions. + Actively promote and sell products on-site, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. + Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue. + Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. + Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. + Assist in maintaining the presentation of merchandise, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. + Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. + Prepare reports on sales performance as required. + Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales strategies. Essential Skills + Customer service experience + Sales support capability + Proficiency in data entry + Bilingual in Spanish + Experience in a call center environment + Sales expertise + Competency in Microsoft Office Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. + Basic understanding of sales principles and practices. + Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. + Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. + A friendly, energetic personality with a strong customer service focus. + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs). + Basic Excel skills + High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of college strongly preferred. Work Environment Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with one Saturday every three weeks, 9 AM to 4 PM. The role offers growth opportunities into supervisory and management roles within sales or service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
