Customer Support Representative
Job Description Insight Global currently has an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has excellent customer service experience and is a team player to assist our National Parts Support Centre (NPSC) team. This is a 12-Month Acting/Contract opportunity and will report to the Manager, Field Operations. The selected candidate will Investigate and resolve Dealer inquiries and provide customer assistance. Skills and Requirements • High School Diploma and/or College Diploma/Degree in Distribution/Traffic, or related discipline an asset. • Two years’ work-related experience, preferably within a call center environment • Working knowledge of computer systems and applications • Working knowledge of automotive mechanics an asset • Excellent communication - written and verbal • Customer Service background an asset • Bilingual (French/English) is required - automotive experience/knowledge of car parts
