Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Representative to support our senior account team and help manage client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Torrance, CA
1st shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: 21.60/hr

 Key Responsibilities

Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction

Provide administrative and strategic support to Senior Account Executives

Analyze and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client leads

Conduct research to inform customer incentives and campaign strategies

Manage clerical tasks including mail distribution, filing, faxing, duplicating, and form processing

Audit documents and ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry
