Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Representative to support our senior account team and help manage client relationships. Location: Torrance, CA
1st shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: 21.60/hr
Weekly pay!
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Provide administrative and strategic support to Senior Account Executives
Analyze and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client leads
Conduct research to inform customer incentives and campaign strategies
Manage clerical tasks including mail distribution, filing, faxing, duplicating, and form processing
Audit documents and ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry
