Job Description
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating laser communication products into their systems. Provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms such as satellites, aircraft, and ground vehicles. Collaborate closely with internal engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during integration processes.Deliver hands-on support and training to customers on-site.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser communication products.Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance product features.Work with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.Essential Skills
At least 4 years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.Proficiency in using test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Strong background in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment.Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
