We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the development of effective customer service solutions and work to maintain and improve response times.
ResponsibilitiesReceive and promptly respond to customer inquiries.Log into and actively manage email, phone, and chat support systems daily.Maintain and improve response times, particularly at the opening and closing of the business day.Accurately document customer issues and resolutions.Develop and implement effective customer service solutions.Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.Identify and escalate potential website or system errors.Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up when necessary.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.Essential SkillsProficiency in customer support and data entry.Familiarity with Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to manage processes and follow established procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Prior call-center experience preferred.Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology platforms.Collaborative team player with a professional attitude.High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.Welcoming, positive, and service-oriented demeanor.Work EnvironmentThis position is located at our manufacturing headquarters in Torrance. The role requires working with evolving technology platforms in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
