Job Objective

Satisfy customer needs while considering sia Abrasives interests and guidelines.Support our field sales staff as well as Inside Sales in achieving sales targetsHandle administrative tasks within Sales Customer Service of Germany, Austria, Switzerland (SCS-DACH)

Tasks

Enter orders via MS Axapta, SAP P13 and the corresponding AI solutions and maintain filing records.Process delivery reminders, check open orders and send revised confirmations.Create sample orders, obtain the necessary approvals and place orders via the Sample Process in Goleniow PlantProcess free-of-charge orders according to instructions from Field Sales and Inside Sales.Prepare customer-specific price lists based on templates.

QualificationsCommercial training or several years of experience in a commercial/administrative field in international companyExperience with common MS Office tools as well as MS Axapta and SAPAbility to quickly adapt to and take on new administrative tasksMandatory good knowledge of English and German languageStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamProactivity, dynamism and independence in actionHigh solution orientation and creativityHands-on attitude
