Customer Support and Program Manager

We are currently searching a Customer Support and Program Manager for a leading MRO solutions provider with over 100 repair stations worldwide. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing program performance.
Responsibilities: Engage in the bidding process, prepare, and coordinate customer meetings, and generate business development leads. Address technical queries from customers, support contract drafting with suppliers, and foster strategic partnerships. Resolve claims by implementing corrective plans, manage retrofit campaigns in collaboration with the technical department. Oversee logistics coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal warehouses. Monitor contract compliance and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 4 years of relevant experience in program management or customer support within the Aerospace and Aviation industry, specifically supporting PBH or retrofit programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and various stakeholders across diverse cultures and levels.
