We are searching for a Customer Support Agent to join a growing team in Canonsburg! Ideal candidates have 2+ years of business to business customer service experience, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assess and understand customer needs and expectationsRespond to customer calls and emailsProcess sales orders and quotations Advise customers on products and follow up on service requests to ensure resolutionSupport regional vendors as needed and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryFacilitate communications between customers, sales representatives, technicians, and customer service representatives

Requirements

2+ years of B2B customer service experience The ability to speak fluent French or Spanish is a plus!MS Office skillsPossess a sense of resourcefulness and urgency Strong technology skills
