Location: DCU Alpha, DCU Campus, Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11 (beside Met Office). This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work up to Two days per week from home, the office hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5pm or 8-4pm.

You will be responsible for the efficient and effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, accurately capturing information while promoting services. As part of the customer support team you will provide a professional, pro-active and adaptable service to both internal and external customers (business customers, engineering team, management and other departments.
Role requires hard-working candidate with outstanding customer service skills. This is a very fast paced role, requiring upbeat and enthusiastic individuals with a real drive to succeed. Role is a mix of customer support and general administration tasks.
