Customer Support Agent - IT + UK market

In this role, you will be supporting our Italian and English speaking merchants, supporting a variety of topics (General inquiries as well as Banking, CNP and Invoicing topics).

 

 

What you’ll do

 

Manage, prioritize, and resolve customer requests with care and efficiency Deliver a consistently high-quality support experience across all interactions Handle a variety of queries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chats) Communicate clearly and effectively, especially during complex or high-impact incidents Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of major issues

Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or C2) A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset An outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment Flexible and open to working on a rotating shift schedule Excited to work onsite at our Barcelona HQ
