Clean Harbors located in **Norwell, MA** is looking for a **Customer Success Supervisor** to join their safety conscious team! The Customer Success Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding the Customer Success team to ensure customer needs are consistently met. This role focuses on driving performance across both sales and service functions while supporting agent development through coaching, training, and mentoring.
