Customer Success Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated scheduler to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support operational efficiency. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance. • Navigate multiple browser platforms to access and update customer information effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure a comprehensive service history. • Provide proactive solutions to address client concerns and enhance overall satisfaction. • Monitor and report on customer success metrics to help drive improvements in processes and outcomes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer success, client services, or a similar role. • Strong proficiency in email correspondence and managing communication across multiple platforms. • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple browser systems efficiently. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls. • Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate records and documentation. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. • Familiarity with customer success metrics and reporting is a plus.
