Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving connectivity challenges, and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of multi-browser environments to assist customers effectively.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions to ensure accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer success strategies.
• Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding solutions and updates.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback to help refine service offerings. Requirements • Proficiency in handling multi-browser platforms and environments.
• Strong skills in precise and effective email correspondence and communication.
• Proven experience in customer success or customer service roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and documentation.
