Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a proactive and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Helsinki. In this vital frontline role, you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, effective support for their equipment needs. Your mission? Main tasks and responsibilities

Identify customer needs and offer timely solutions.

Act as an advisor to customers – building long-term trust.

Support team operations, ensure smooth workflows, and foster competence development.

Create a safe, motivating, and efficient working environment.

Lead the team of service technicians at our service center in day-to-day operations.

Be responsible for short-term resource planning and ensure adequate workload and smooth task distribution.

Proactively contact customers regarding scheduled maintenance, annual inspections, service contracts, and spare parts needs.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor and develop long-term customer relationships.

Ensure the preparation and implementation of service and maintenance proposals in collaboration with the technical team.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and use it to develop operations.

Monitor the lifecycle of the equipment fleet and ensure continuity of service

Promote safe working practices by leading through example.

Ensure that the solutions provided to customers meet safety and quality standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar).

Experience in technical customer service, maintenance operations, and team leadership.

A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-centric approach to work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Interest in technology, equipment fleet management, and operational development.

Fluency in Finnish.
