Our client, a national association, is seeking a temporary Customer Succes Specialist to support their office in Arlington, VA!

Responsibilities:

Provide email-based support to clients.Manage client inquiries through a ticketing system.Collaborate with internal teams and follow a structured workflow.Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional customer service experience are required.Proficient in MS Office Suite is required.Strong and professional writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Position Information:
