We are looking for a Customer Success Representative – EES Verification Fulfillment. You'll help shape a new business at Experian and help to lead market reach of new and existing products in this space.

As the ideal candidate, you'll need to be to quickly prioritize opportunities and have a desire for accomplishment. You must be comfortable with shifting priorities and be a world class problem solver, working across functional units to ensure success. Raise issues before they turn into problems is critical. You also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to help solve complex problems and is someone who is a change agent to evolve processes and challenge current thinking. You will report to Customer Success Leader.

What you'll do

Field general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clientsProvide service and platform training to clientsConsult with clients on best Verification Fulfillment practices to achieve usage resultsCoordinate handling of inquiries and disputesProvide standard performance / usage reportsCoordinate internal support resources to solve identified concernsCross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitmentsBe a client advocate to address issuesJoin meetings to serve as Verification Fulfillment subject matter expertCollaborate with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new businessGrasp new technologies and learning a new business

Experience Managing multiple tasks, and prioritize multiple work items.Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment.Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offeringsCan expect and navigate obstaclesYou can interpret data and present professional content to stakeholders
