This role is ONLY targeting Sales/Business Development Professionals who are already based in Dubai and have Sales/BD experience in the GCC for a minimum of 3 years
The role reports directly to the Managing Partner / MEA
The Customer Success Partner is a Sales/Business Development Professional who will be responsible for assuring a positive Customer Experience for our potential and existing customers.
What is expected from you in this role:
- Acquire new business from prospect customers
-Grow Antal client database
-Enhance the existing relationship between Antal and its existing customers across the GCC region both vertically and horizontally
-Lead Growth and Business Development initiatives across the region
-Foster the relation between Antal GCC team and key decision makers and industry leaders
-Attend as and when needed industry conventions, events and networking meetings
-Support Antal Employer Branding initiatives aiming at acquiring new business
-Regularly assure an on-going pipeline of sales leads and support in closing deals
Who are we looking for:
- You are passionate about sales and acquiring new business through networking and building relantions with different people
- 3-5 years of experience showing demonstrated acquisition of new business and growing client base
-Ideal experience in a service industry rather than product
-Fluent English is a MUST. Fluency in other languages (Turkish,Russian, Spanish, Italian) is a HUGE plus
-Self motivated with high level of ownership
-Excellent Negotiator with outstanding demonstrated selling skills
-Go-Getter: You do not take No for an answer
-Multicultural: You will work closely with peers and colleagues from 70+ nationalities across 40+ countries at Antal
-You strive on building relationships and networking
