Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our Global Accounts team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building deep, trusting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of Iron Mountain’s solutions.

You will join a dynamic team focused on customer advocacy, where you will partner with sales leaders to drive retention and unlock growth opportunities across our diverse product portfolio.

Business fluency in both German and English is a requirement of this position.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Lead strategic relationship management by executing account plans and conducting regular business reviews to align Iron Mountain’s solutions with customer goals and industry trends.

Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to manage contract renewals, negotiate pricing, and identify cross-sell opportunities that drive account profitability.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and local labor laws while utilizing data analytics to identify and mitigate customer churn risks.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Business fluency in both German and English

Experience (ideally 3+ years) in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role with a proven track record of meeting retention goals.

Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (such as Salesforce) and the ability to leverage data to identify business trends and growth opportunities.

Proven ability in stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving, with the interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
