Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, driving product adoption and value realization, and securing account renewals and expansion opportunities. This position is crucial for maintaining Iron Mountain's strong client relationships and ensuring long-term customer success and retention.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead and manage the post-sales lifecycle for assigned customers, serving as the primary advocate and trusted advisor to ensure they achieve maximum value from Iron Mountain solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, and Service Delivery teams to address customer needs, resolve complex issues, and align Iron Mountain's offerings with client business objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews, and identify potential risks to retention, creating action plans for mitigation.
Ensure compliance with all organizational account management standards, data governance policies, and regional regulatory requirements applicable to client engagements in the UAE.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous internships are preferred
Strong knowledge of effective relationship management strategies, value-based selling, and customer lifecycle management best practices.
Proven ability in strategic account planning, negotiating renewals, and cross-functional stakeholder management to deliver complex client outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Business or a related field
