The Amazon Business Implementation team is dedicated to helping customers leverage Amazon Business solutions to optimize procurement processes, enhance financial operations, and accelerate digital transformation to achieve their strategic business objectives. The implementation team translates customer needs and business goals into value-driven Amazon Business solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include deep discovery with the customer to develop a holistic solution, strategically design implementation plans and timelines to deliver against robust architecture, and manage customer relationships and expectations with our largest B2B customers. Implementation resources also work post launch to drive user engagement and adoption post-launch to ensure long-term success. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, other ProServe teams, Product, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate has experience developing relationships across functions and leadership levels, technical and functional acumen, and has exceptional communication skills to guide customers through their digital transformation journey with Amazon Business
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of procurement experience
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French
- Experience with developing and implementing change management communication plans

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
