Customer Success Manager, PMO Global Seller Supply Chain

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, tools and reports to ensure results.

The key roles and responsibilities that fit this scope are:
* Has an assigned Seller journey domain
* Goes deep into a Seller Experience and industry knowledge and have deep insights of the seller journey of owned domain
* Drives GTM, education for AM and Sellers of the products in the defined domain
* Could owns the OP planning in the defined domain
* Partner with product manager of the domain to drive product features, contributes to PR FAQs in form of quality VoS.
