Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Brand Technical Specialist for Application Integration products within IBM's Automation Platform, you will act as a technical consultant to IBM clients and sellers by architecting solutions and delivering Proofs of Technology. You will utilize your technical expertise to support the sales process and provide value to clients through solution delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Architect Solutions: Design and develop solutions for clients using Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, and MQ, to meet their specific business needs. • Deliver Proofs of Technology: Implement and deliver Proofs of Technology to demonstrate the capabilities of Application Integration products and provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the solutions. • Support Sales Process: Collaborate with sellers to understand client requirements and provide technical guidance to support the sales process. • Provide Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to address client concerns and provide valuable insights to help them make informed decisions. • Deliver Solution Value: Ensure that solutions delivered to clients meet their expectations and provide tangible business value. Key Skills - Hands on capability , white boarding ability to position IBM integration portfolio which includes Kafka, API , API mgmt, Hybrid cloud integration & event streaming technology and message Q. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Application Integration Products Knowledge: Exposure to Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository. • Solution Architecture Expertise: Experience working with designing and developing solutions using Application Integration products to meet specific business needs. • Technical Consulting Skills: Exposure to acting as a technical consultant to clients and sellers, providing technical guidance to support the sales process. • Proof of Technology Delivery: Experience working with implementing and delivering Proofs of Technology to demonstrate product capabilities. • Technical Knowledge Application: Exposure to applying technical knowledge to address client concerns and provide valuable insights. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Additional Application Integration Product Knowledge: Exposure to other Application Integration products beyond those listed, such as webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, and webMethods Integration, can be beneficial in this role. • Advanced Solution Architecture Expertise: Experience working with complex solution architectures and designing solutions that integrate multiple Application Integration products can be advantageous. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific use cases and requirements for Application Integration products can be helpful in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
