With that comes the unique opportunity to touch lives across the world and experience first-hand the difference your hard work makes.  We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant to support our Thailand territory.   Reporting to our Head of Sales, SEA, this role will be responsible to work with retaining customers that leverage MH Courseware products. How will you make an impact?    Partner with customers after the handover from the Education Consultant (EC), ensuring seamless onboarding and driving adoption of MH Courseware as a core teaching and learning solution. Share usage reports and insights with educators to highlight learning trends, support student success, and align with internal customer success metrics. Deepen platform usage with high-value accounts, ensuring customers achieve their teaching and learning goals while driving revenue growth. Leverage reference selling techniques to generate leads, collaborating with ECs to expand digital adoption. Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance overall customer experience. Build strong, trusted relationships with faculty, department heads, deans, and support staff to champion digital usage. We’re looking for someone with:   Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Education, or Info Technology 1-3 years’ digital/software sales experience with proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets Superior interpersonal and communication skills Customer centric Demonstrates passion and interest in technology–enabled educational solutions Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce), understanding of productivity software, and strong Excel skills are a plus.   Why work for us?  The work you do at McGraw Hill will be work that matters.
