Customer Success Agent
**Safety-Kleen** in **Norwell, MA** is looking for a **Customer Success Agent** to join their safety conscious team! The Customer Success Agent provides customer service including order procurement, suggestive selling, waste profiling, call documentation, customer problem resolution, maintenance/creation of customer profiles, pricing records, and invoicing of shipments, including cross checking of invoice results and adjustments as needed. Follow up with past customers to restore business relationships and look for opportunities to upsell; + Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and goals, including profit expectations, on all sales transactions and customer referral goals. Create and cultivate a sales pipeline, and ensure disciplined management to meet or exceed quotas; + Understand the customer's business needs and initiatives, and apply our environmental solutions in support of their business goals.
