Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Agent to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional value and support through personalized and efficient service. Your ability to act with urgency and deliver outstanding customer experiences will contribute to the long-term success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a dedicated customer success agent, providing support to internal customers or end-user channels.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions, meeting a daily target of 85 calls.
• Advocate for customer needs by delivering personalized experiences and minimizing customer effort.
• Analyze and resolve customer concerns independently, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills and self-help tools to assist with technical inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to address customer needs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries in a single interaction.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and urgency when addressing customer requests.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and methodologies. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Proficiency in call center operations, metrics, and customer service best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Experience with data entry and proficiency in typing with accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
